Put SEO on a review loop

Use search data to queue a few useful improvements each week. Keep a human between the diagnosis and publication.

Is this a fit?

Try it when

You have indexed pages, access to Search Console and enough impressions to spot patterns.

Skip it when

The site has no meaningful search data yet, or you plan to mass-produce near-identical pages.

Your first test

  1. Review 28-day page and query data, accounting for recent incomplete days.
  2. Select one page with relevant impressions and a clear mismatch between query and answer.
  3. Draft a better answer, title or useful internal link. Verify factual claims before publishing.
  4. Log the change and compare relevant clicks over a suitable follow-up period; avoid treating correlation as causation.

A starting template

Review [page] against [queries]. Suggest one change that better answers the visitor. Cite the data, preserve accurate claims, and return a draft for review.

Measure

Relevant nonbrand clicks and qualified actions by changed page, with dates and baseline.

When to pause

If no useful pattern exists, skip the automation and speak to customers instead.
