Your sales calls are the content brief

Turn real objections and unexpected customer questions into posts only you could write.

Is this a fit?

Try it when

You have permission to use call notes and can anonymize concrete buyer problems.

Skip it when

You only have generic transcripts or cannot protect the people in them.

Your first test

  1. Select three permissioned calls. Remove names, commercial details and identifying context.
  2. Extract recurring questions, surprising objections and decisions you helped someone make.
  3. Choose one specific observation. Write the explanation yourself; use AI to organize rather than invent experience.
  4. Publish a short post with an example and one question that invites relevant replies.

A starting template

A customer asked [anonymized question]. The obvious answer was [default]. Here’s why we chose [decision] in this situation: [reason and limit].

Know what you’re learning

Measure

Replies from people with the same buying problem and resulting qualified conversations.

When to pause

Try three posts. If only peers engage, make the buyer problem more specific.

Notes from the field

A useful experiment.
An occasional email.

Start with three short emails to pick, run, and review a marketing experiment. Then occasional tactics and field notes.
