Trade editing for expertise

Help a practitioner turn a hard-earned lesson into a great case study. Share the useful result together.

Is this a fit?

Try it when

You can edit well and know practitioners with specific, permissioned stories.

Skip it when

You expect an open submission form to run itself or cannot verify contributor claims.

Your first test

  1. Invite one practitioner with a lesson relevant to your readers.
  2. Ask for the context, action, outcome and limitations in a short interview.
  3. Do the writing and fact-checking; get their approval of quotes and attribution.
  4. Agree on one optional share each and record referred readers.

A starting template

You learned something useful about [problem]. Could I interview you for 20 minutes and turn it into a short case? You review everything before publication.

Measure

Relevant subscribers per hour of interviewing, editing and distribution.

When to pause

Start with one case. If editing takes more than half a day, reduce the format before inviting more people.
